Job Hunting

Sorry I have not written in so long. I will try to do better in the future. I know how annoying it can be looking over and over again at a blog and it is the same entry for a month at a time. So, anyway, we are back in St. Louis after about a week and a half in Michigan visiting friends and family for Christmas and New Years. It was really fun and we got to see a ton of people. Now I am continuing my job hunt. It really is not very much fun at all. I mean, it's kind of cool to just be able to hang out with people whenever I want, but I really do want to work. I enjoy working. And we need an income! Quick! (But thanks to everyone who gave us money for Christmas, and the gas card from Carol!) And insurance would be a good thing. We currently have no health insurance so I'm applying to the companies I know have insurance benefits for part time employees. So far that has been Starbucks (very funny considering who I'm married to!), Trader Joes, and Barnes and Noble. I am already sick of filling out those applications. They say they want the application filled out even when including a resume, so I'm not going to bother with updating that at the moment. The last time I did that I started crying. Juanito helped me get it right. What a pal! But that was a long time ago! I have not had to look for work for 4 and a half years. I just want it to be two months from now so hopefully I'll have a job and kind of know what I'm doing. I am praying for the right boss who will give me time off when I need it during this crazy time of not ever knowing when we'll need to be out of town. So, for those of you who do, please pray with me for that. I want to be directed to the right place. I am looking forward to finding out where that will be.
