Downtown Fun

Wednesday night, some Senior High students from our church, along with some of us leaders, went downtown for some fun. We had a pretty serious game of wiffle ball, or however you spell that, which ended in a 7 to 7 tie. Then we went to Crown Candy Kitchen to have some ice cream goodies. That is one of the only places left open and functioning in its neighborhood. They've made all their own candy and ice cream in St. Louis since 1913. Very cool place. Since then, I've been working, hanging out with people, and having fun with Travis. We went to see Pirates of the Caribbean last night. I wouldn't recommend it. The first one is about 1,000 times better than this one. I kept wondering when it was going to end. We've also been hanging out a bit with the New Zealanders we're living with at the moment, Peter and Margaret. It has been fun to talk with them. It makes me look forward to our three month stay there.

It looks like you guys had an awesome time downtown! I really wanted to go but you know how it is...
I saw Pirate's too, and didn't like it all that much either. It was funny, but I was wondering when it was gonna end too.
hey sugar booger! I miss you! I was sad I didn't get to go to the Walker's yesterday. We have got to hang out! Love you-
thanks for the tip on pirates!
