Spring is Here!

Flowers here in Auckland are not always evidence of spring, because something is always flowering here, but these particular ones are! I am so sick of winter, and ready for spring.

Side note: as I write this, a storm is blowing and I'm cold. :(

It's difficult these days to get photos of Sophia standing still! Here she is running through the flowers that have already fallen off the trees at the Auckland Domain.

My sweet firstborn!

Sophia was looking for the fish in this little pond at the Winter Gardens, and a group of Asian tourists were in there. They all thought she was so cute and were taking so many photos of her! One woman even asked to get her photo taken with me too. It was so funny. Sophia loved it, although I think she was a little confused at the impromptu photo shoot.
