Some of Sophia's Day
I've been meaning to do a post like my friend Karen does from time to time: a photo for every hour of the day, just to show what they're up to. Maybe some day! For now, this will have to do.
A typical day can include a visit to the neighbors' house, and lately it's been all about the bears! When I even mention Jill's name, Sophia immediately starts saying "bears?" Notice she is wearing a monkey on her back...well, it's actually a harness, and I hold on to the tail. I had her wear it one day while we were out, and I felt a little weird about it. :)
She likes to line the bears up along the window, and then sit next to them. She and Jill also sit on the stairs and put the bears on their knees. Now she does that at home all the time and says "knee." Her vocabulary is just exploding right now! It's so fun!
Most Fridays we meet with our coffee group, a group of other mums with kids the same age. This is at our coffee group a few weeks ago. Ted, Frank, and Sophia. It's almost always Sophia and the boys! :)
Sophia and Frank. Yummy apples and pears!

The monkey harness? We have some of those from when we went to NY and didn't want to lose our kids. I only ever used it in NYC too, because i feel odd walking my child around on the leash.
They love it, though.
I know I see her every week, but I can't get over how grown up Sophia looks in these pics.. she's growing fast :) its awesome she's starting to say more words too.
I love our time with the bears too! Mostly with Sophia though. She is such fun and at a wonderful age where she is learning so much and even eating blue cheese!
